5th Annual Buffalo Bill Cody Days at the Oracle Inn Steakhouse & Lounge in Oracle, Arizona


The Buffalo Bill Cody Days in Oracle, AZ honors the world Famous "Buffalo Bill" Cody, who Helped Oracle, Arizona grow and become what it is today. “Buffalo Bill” Cody owned several mines at Campo Bonito in the Santa Catalina Mountains, near Oracle, during the last decades of his life. Cody would spend many winters in Oracle managing his mines which produced tungsten, silver & gold.

On Saturday, February 22, from 1-5 pm, there will be a free magic show for the kids by Ross the Magician and Don Larry speaks about "Cody As Senator." There will also be Native American jewelry sales & displays, book talks and free Buffalo Bill Cody birthday cake. On Sunday, February 23, from 1-5 pm, Robert Zucker will talk about the legends and history of the Santa Catalina Mountains, Cody and his mines and Oracle's unique history. We will also pay tribute to William “Flint” Carter, Cody Days founder, who passed away in December of 2018. Carter spent over four decades prospecting the Santa Catalina Mountains and held over 100 mining claims in the mountains.
