"Buffalo Bill Returns" Group Walk at Baybridge in Northumbria, Northern England

21 mile walk.  Dogs welcome on leads.  Drinks afterwards at the Lord Crewe Arms, Blanchland.

The Northumbria Group of the Long Distance Walkers Association caters for many kinds of walking, from an organized challenge event to informal strolls.  The only criterion is that all walks should be enjoyable, provide friendship, exercise and stimulation for the body and mind.  We are an informal, friendly, diverse group of friends who enjoy walking the spectacular countryside that Northumbria provides.

We are extremely lucky to be based in such a beautiful part of the country; stretching from the North Pennines in the west to the magnificent north east coastline and from the Cleveland Hills in the south to the Scottish Borders, passing through the majestic Cheviot Hills in the north.
